“Our goal is to show to the youth from orphanages and foster families how valuable they are and to point them a path to reach those small and large goals”
WE MOVE FORWARD!
Our foundation mostly takes care of young people from 15 to 25 years old. Our aim is to prepare our dependants as much as possible to enter independence.
Our volunteers take care to support the youth at the earliest possible stage, which during long-term cooperation, will allow them to acquire proper education supported by practical knowledge thanks to internships at befriended companies and they often are an excellent basis for a dedicated job position. We also help to expand interests, including cooking and photography workshops, playing on instruments and many more adjusted to individual needs.
Before the actual step into adulthood we assign the self-empowerment assistants who are responsible to make sure that our dependants are well prepared before taking up their first job. They help to write a resume, prepare for a job interview, familiarise themselves with their rights and obligations.
Our team also takes care that the youth have a clean legal situation, which unfortunately often, just after entering adulthood is uncertain.
We always have a psychologist at their disposal and first of all, support at any time of the day or night.
Our ambition is that our dependants pursue high goals and we support them in that at every step, hoping that in the future they will help us encourage their younger friends that it is worth trying.
Apart from our main goal, we also monitor the situation of children from care facilities and we try to help as much as we can.

THE BOARD OF THE FOUNDATION
I’m the founder – a visionary who can notice something special in every child. I also discover it every day, I’m a father of four incredible children and the owner of a fractious dog and in my free time, I’m passionate about amateur long-distance running. I graduated from the International University of Logistics and Transport and I’m the owner of the company which specialises in the relocation of heavy loads.
A few years ago, accidentally, I’ve met a group of incredible dependants of one of the orphanages and ever since then I systematically have been trying to help several institutions.
I decided to use many years of my business experience which helps me to quickly build structures and the model of management. The contacts gained throughout the years, allowed to create a group of companies and friends which support our foundation and this group is constantly growing.
I’m stubborn and my faith in a good cause makes that there are no people who ignore us. There are no such people!
I try and personally make sure that each dependant is surrounded with the utmost care and that they feel that we are fully involved.

My first experience with helping others was when I started organising a fund raising for Szlachetna Paczka [Charity initiative].
There were people who quickly responded to our calls – we’ve made it! Thanks to the generosity of friends, family and colleagues, we’ve significantly supported those in need. Now, I joined the activity of the Foundation of Equal Opportunities.
I believe that my work and involvement will help to find a better life for many young people who don’t have support from the family.
